FAQ - Shipping/Returns

Shipping/Handling:

Current turn around time is 14-28 business days unless otherwise stated in the product description.

Please allow an *additional* 3-5 business days for your orders to be processed during large sales.

Elemental Threads Co. is not responsible for orders once they are in the possession of USPS or any other mail carrier.

 Returns:

Due to the nature of made to order / custom products, we do NOT refund. Some orders may be eligible for shop credit once damaged/incorrect items are returned at the expense of the customer. All order issues must be reported via email within 3 days of receiving the damaged/incorrect item(s). No exceptions can be made to this policy.

Eligible returns: Incorrect/damaged product sent at the fault of Elemental Threads Co.

RETURNS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED DUE TO DELIVERY DELAYS,  INCORRECT SIZING, DISLIKING A MYSTERY PRINT, OR CHANGING YOUR MIND. GRAB BAGS, etc. CANNOT BE RETURNED UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE.

Exchanges are not accepted.
